Polyimide profiles are made of thermoplastic/thermosetting powder materials through high temperature and high pressure processing. Dimensions and specifications can be customized. The material is mainly used in aviation, aerospace and rocket parts, heat insulation, seals, petrochemical, precision instruments and other fields.

The self-lubricating properties of polyimide profiles can also be used in oil-free lubrication environments. PI powder is mixed with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or carbon powder in proportion, and profiles with stronger self-lubricating properties can also be obtained.
